Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of The Social Dance Hub ticketing platform (tickets.thesocialdancehub.ro) and the purchase of tickets for our dance events. By placing an order you confirm you have read and accept these terms.

1. Who we are

The platform is operated by The Social Dance Hub ("we"). You can reach us any time at contact@thesocialdancehub.ro.

2. Tickets

Tickets are issued electronically: after a confirmed payment you receive the QR-code ticket by email, and if you have an account you will also find it under "My tickets".

A ticket is valid for the event, date, and price tier shown at purchase. The QR code is scanned once at the door, so do not share it publicly.

Prices are shown in RON and include applicable taxes. Promotional tiers (for example Early Bird) are valid within the displayed window or seat allocation.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details; they go directly to the payment processor.

An order is confirmed only after the payment is authorised. If a payment fails, reserved seats are released automatically.

4. Refunds and event changes

Tickets are non-refundable, except when an event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled. In those cases we will contact you with the available options (refund or transfer to the new date).

We may adjust event details (schedule, artists, venue within the same area), and your ticket remains valid for the adjusted event.

5. Conduct at events

Entry may be refused, without refund, to anyone endangering the safety or comfort of other attendees. Event-specific conditions are shown on each event page.

6. Liability

Dance events involve physical activity, so you participate at your own risk. Our total liability towards you is limited to the value of the tickets purchased.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. You may use alternative dispute resolution (ADR/ODR) or the competent Romanian courts.
